These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and xx777 ("xx777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xx777 website at https://xx777.im and all associated services, games, sportsbook markets, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

The 18+ age restriction is absolute. Knowingly providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the xx777 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xx777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from such accounts, and forfeit all balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your xx777 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. xx777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify xx777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

xx777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. xx777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xx777 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT (TRC20), Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and limits are subject to change. xx777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

4.2 Currency

The xx777 Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals in PKR incur no conversion fee on the xx777 side. Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your xx777 account. These limits are subject to change and xx777 may, at its discretion, apply enhanced limits to individual accounts based on account history, verification status, and applicable policies.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed same-day during Pakistani business hours. xx777 reserves the right to delay processing for security checks, fraud prevention, or account review purposes. xx777 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent value, where technically possible. xx777 does not facilitate third-party payments. All transactions are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

xx777 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus conditions apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any xx777 software or game is expressly prohibited.

xx777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xx777 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xx777's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
